Christie Coran (AEA, SAG-AFTRA) is a Los Angeles based actor with a love for classical text, improv, film, music, and courageous, truthful acting. She most recently played the role of Rachel Crabbe in “One Man, Two Guvnors” at A Noise Within.
Originally from Chicago, Christie holds an MFA in Acting from the ACA at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in D.C., and a BFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University. She has also trained with the School at Steppenwolf in Chicago and the Moscow Art Theatre. Christie was an Emerging Professional Resident at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, a member of the Next Stage Ensemble at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, and a member of the iO Chicago Pool team "Glogurt."
Christie has also worked as a teaching artist with 24th Street Theatre in Los Angeles, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Writers Theatre, and Northlight Theatre.
